Q: Does the rent include utilities?
A: Water, Sewer, Garbage is included in the rent. Depending on the number of tenants there may be an additional charge. Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant.
Q: How do I apply for an apartment?
A: You need to submit a rental application. You can either fill out the online form HERE, request a copy of the application via email.
Q: What are the move in costs?
A: First and last month’s rent plus a $800 security deposit
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Sorry no pets allowed.
Q: Is a gargage included?
A: Yes, in fact a private one car garage plus a private 10’x10′ storage room is included in the rent for every apartment.
Q: Does the apartment have a washer/ dryer in the unit?
A: 25% of the units have a washer/ dryer hookups.
